  • We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.

  • All product measurements are approximate.

 

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including suspected fraud or incorrect information.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without prior notice.

  • We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and any approved payment method listed at checkout.

  • Offline payments must use the order/invoice number as the reference. Incorrect references may delay verification.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines begin after payment is confirmed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incomplete addresses, or uncontrollable events (weather, strikes, government restrictions).

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • All purchases are final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may issue store credit at our sole discretion.

  • Store credit is valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Items approved for return must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

 

7. Damages or Wrong Items

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and proof of purchase.

  • Failure to report within this timeframe voids the claim.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, logos, and content on this website are property of Ayoka Lagos. They may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Third-party service delays

  • Unauthorized access to your account
    Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

 

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
