1. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

For bank transfers, please use your order or invoice number as the payment reference.

Transfers without the correct reference may delay verification by up to 72 hours.

Processing time typically takes 12 - 36 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Timelines
Delivery timelines begin after processing, not after checkout. Typical timelines:

Within Lagos: 1–3 business days once dispatched

Outside Lagos: 2–5 business days once dispatched

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control — courier delays, weather, high-volume seasons, national restrictions, or incomplete delivery details.
3. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate full names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses.

Ayoka is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by inaccurate details or inability to reach the customer.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Ayoka is no longer liable for the package.
4. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message (SMS/Email/WhatsApp depending on your setup).

Some courier partners may provide tracking numbers; if applicable, we will share them.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to inability to reach the customer or incorrect address:

A redelivery fee will apply.

Refunds are not provided in these situations.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated via customer support. All fees are non-refundable.
