SHIPPING POLICY

At Ayoka (“Ayoka Lagos” / “Ayoka Jewelry”), we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for all customers.

 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

  • For bank transfers, please use your order or invoice number as the payment reference.

  • Transfers without the correct reference may delay verification by up to 72 hours.

  • Processing time typically takes 12 - 36 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines begin after processing, not after checkout. Typical timelines:

  • Within Lagos: 1–3 business days once dispatched

  • Outside Lagos: 2–5 business days once dispatched

  • International Shipping:
    Coming soon (or specify if already available)

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control — courier delays, weather, high-volume seasons, national restrictions, or incomplete delivery details.

 

3. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate full names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses.

  • Ayoka is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by inaccurate details or inability to reach the customer.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Ayoka is no longer liable for the package.

 

4. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message (SMS/Email/WhatsApp depending on your setup).

  • Some courier partners may provide tracking numbers; if applicable, we will share them.

 

5. Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to inability to reach the customer or incorrect address:

  • A redelivery fee will apply.

  • Refunds are not provided in these situations.

 

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated via customer support. All fees are non-refundable.
