1. All Purchases Are Final Sale

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges except in very rare approved situations.

 

2. No Refunds

  • We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.

  • This includes: change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or dissatisfaction with style.

 

3. Store Credit (Exceptional Cases Only)

We may offer store credit ONLY in situations such as:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item received

  • Issues caused directly by us

Store credit:

  • Must be approved by our team

  • Is valid for 90 days

  • Cannot be converted to cash

 

4. Proof of Issues Required

For damage or wrong item claims:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos + proof of payment

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored

 

5. Payment Rules

  • Offline transfers must use the order or invoice number as the payment reference.

  • Payments without proper reference may take up to 72 hours to verify.

  • Order processing begins after payment confirmation.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines start after payment is verified.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed product details before purchase

  • You understand and accept our no-refund policy

  • You provide accurate contact and delivery information
