REFUND POLICY

At Ayoka (“Ayoka Lagos” / “Ayoka Jewelry”), we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. To maintain fairness and product hygiene, please review our strict refund policy below.

1. All Purchases Are Final Sale

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • This includes:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size, color, or preference

    • Not liking how the item looks on you

    • Duplicate orders made by the customer

 
2. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason unless an issue is directly caused by Ayoka (see Section 3).

 
3. Store Credit (Exceptional Cases Only)
In rare and serious cases, we may offer store credit, not refunds.
Examples include:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Missing items in the order

Store Credit Terms:

  • Approval is solely at Ayoka’s discretion.

  • Customer must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and proof of purchase are required.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Store credit is valid for 90 days and cannot be converted to cash.

 
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
To qualify for investigation:

  • Report within 24 hours of receipt

  • Provide unboxing photos/videos if possible

  • Provide photos of the item, packaging, and waybill

  • Claims made after 24 hours cannot be honored

 
5. Items Not Eligible for Store Credit

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Items altered, used, or worn

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Jewelry with signs of wear, scratches, or exposure to liquids

  • Items missing packaging, tags, or accessories

 
6. Unauthorized Returns
Any item returned without prior approval will:

  • Not be accepted

  • Not qualify for store credit

  • Not be shipped back unless the customer covers redelivery fees

 
7. Payment Issues
Refunds for failed or incomplete payments made through banks or card processors must be resolved directly with the payment provider. Ayoka cannot issue refunds for transactions not received in our account.
